Additional skills in a technical trade or areas of animal husbandry or agriculture in arid environments would be highly useful and beneficial. Some understanding of principles of contextualization and missiology. Some understanding of Islam.Required Experience Practical Experience (including current involvement) in Evangelism (initiating spiritual conversations and gospel proclamation) and Discipleship (knowledge and application of different evangelism and discipleship models and practices) Experience in a variety of church-related ministries (e.g. organizing and leading Bible Studies, preaching and teaching the Word, counselling, leading teams and organizing community engagement and outreach events and different church ministries, etc.) Gifts and experience in Hospitality Emotionally Intelligent with high relational skills Skills in verbal and written communications Preferred Experience 2-year apprenticeship experience with us before coming on full-timeInquire Now
