Title Church Planter Fully Funded Quick Info Location: Middle East Term: 4 year, renewable Start Date: Winter 2026Team Vision The team is recruiting new workers to join the Church Planting effort already underway here in our city among the Pearl people. Through culturally sensitive evangelism and discipleship we will work together with other local partners to see a Pearl expression of worship birthed here in our city and hopefully also in the Pearl homelands where 50 + million people still live with little to no access to the gospel. Responsibilities Support the ministry of the Pearl Team and greater Central Asia & Middle East Team Focus on language and culture acquisition for the first two years Attend weekly Pearl Team gatherings Share the gospel with Pearl people Disciple Pearl believers into maturity in Christ Establish culturally sensitive communities of faith Identify & develop Pearl leaders Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Required Experience Gospel sharing Life on life discipleship Leading Bible studies Cross-cultural ministry Supervised ministry in sending Church Preferred Education | TrainingSeminaryPreferred Experience Previous experience learning a language Travel to less developed countries Ministry experience among the poor Exposure to the Muslim world Experience using the DMM approach to sharing the gospel Inquire Now
